As a absa client I am totally disgusted with the service from the branch manager Debbie, I send her emails to follow up on my query. Not a reply back to say that we looking into it. I call the branch to speak to her the staff just transfer and no joy. Should I change my bank? As the branch manager is failing on her duties. What's next. This is the most unhelpful branch, 2 weeks ago I also lodged a complaint against a rude Staff Nolene not even A call I received as an apology. I got a good mind of moving my accounts to another bank where I will be treated as a client.
