No feedback - regarding study loan application

In January 2013, my sister applied for a student loan via Std bank Website. On the 15th of January she received an sms from the bank asking her to report to Westville branch to complete her application. When we reported to Westville branch on the 18th of January 2013, we were told that the forms had not arrived yet and that she should wait for a call from the branch advising her to come through. I told the customers service agent who was assisting us that i would not be able to come back at a later stage as i am based in Johannesburg. She advised that they would send the forms to the nearest branch in JHB. Forms were send to Woodmead branch for me to sign, i was assisted by a Consultant (Olga) who assured me that she will the send the form the following day 31/01/2013. To date we have not received any feedback form Westville, my sister went to westvll branch to enquire on the 21st and she was told that forms had not arrived and was advised that i should contact Woodmead to ascertain the whereabouts of these forms and advise Gary Trevaskls at Westlville. I contacted the branch and left a message for Gary to call me and todate no response. Why ask a customer to follow up! Annoyed!
