3 calls an a visit to the branch, still no respons

I called African bank approximately 3 times this month so far, to request a statement so that i may settle the balance of my loan and to date i still have not received the statement. Last Saturday, I visited the branch at Woodmead centre to request a statement and all 3 consultants told me that they cannot assist me i need to contact head office and have it emailed even tho i explained to them that i've tried contacting head office 3 times but to no avail. The consultants at the woodmead branch just sat there staring at me which lead me to just walk out. Absolutely pathetic service from African bank. i want to settle my loan and now i am being charged with interest from last month and this month as well... unacceptable!!!
