So much for hassle free claims

Claim no:441867, claim logged on the 11th/03/2013 with Niko. Had to call on the 18th/03/2013 for feedback 'cause none received from miway and was told my car was BER.Was told to get settlement amount from STD bank and was told Miway has to request that from STD bank, email was sent to Niko and i was copied on the email. 19/03/2013 called and spoke to Isaac who told me Niko was on leave and gave me his email adress to foward him email from STD bank which i did. To this day noone from Miway bothered to call and give me feedback/progress of my claim. What happened to customer service? what about your hassle free claim that you sooo boldly advertise? I joined miway in 2010 and i have stayed with you not because you have affordable premiums but solely because of the service that i thought you offered.
i don't understand how the company that is sooo in your face can offer such disgusting service. I would like my claim to be processed and everything that needs to be completed be completed asap and feedback provided to me. I have and still am paying my premiums every month and have never skipped a payment and deserve much better.
