Sometime early january 2013 an agent from nedbank called me with a hospital cash back insurance plan and i took it since it was affordable and she told me they will post the mail within 30 working days which is long over due and i gave them a call to enquire about the post unfortunately they told me about the (post ofice strike) then i asked them to email it to me on the 10th april 2013 but they failed to do so even though their agent told me she will so now i dont want anything to do with the policy i want to cancel it and i want the money i payed for paid back cause i didnt have any documentation an i never failed to pay them on the due date we agreed on. what makes me is that they dont forget to debit but they forget to deliver *angry n very disappointed* hopefully they will respond to my email with a understandably view . what if i was hospitalised and i dont have the necessary documantation???
