I have always had issues with them, the last time they gave me a hard time I said to myself i will never ever take any product that will be administered by motorite. in 11/11/2011 a R220 000 car from VW mcduling- this is big money, they said there will hava a 2 year unlimited mileage warrany, unfortunately I had to pay for that warranty, arooung R6000, this was included in the finance amount, that influenced me to buy the car, in March 2012, i contacted motorite to enquire if my warranty could cover something that broke in the car, a guy called Calvin told me, I do not have a warranty with them, he also sent me an email with cancellation forms bacuse my car was modified, the car was the way I bought it. I was confused by this statement and when I queried further he said MOTORITE DOES NOT SELL POLICIES, THEY ONLY ADMINISTRED, thats what we call educated people (always shift the blame), I said to him I will consult VW mucdulling where i bought a car and find out, they reffered me to motorite as the administrators of warranty ploicues, and when I needed to speak to him, he always said he will get back to me, something He never DID. I had to trade in my car, Motorite refunded me 30%. Y
