Trying to get an answer out of the South African Post Office is like finding a needle in a haystack. Their service is simply shocking. I called the post office head office to find out about qualifying for a free box because we dont get post delivered in our area. I got told to call the kyalami post office. The lady there had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and said there are no post boxes because of the strike. I thought humans were striking not postboxes?? After calling 6 different post offices (2 of which dont believe in answering phones), I called the Customer Service number on the website. I was on hold for about 17 minutes. SHOCKING!!!

I called the head office, had to repeat what I wanted 3 times, then I got put through to an extension that was an answering machine. Their motto is "We deliver. Whatever it takes."

Well, its time the post office puts their money where their mouth is and starts delivering. I am still at a loss as who to contact as it seems no one in the organisation knows what is going on. We will see how long it takes the postal services to contact me and resolve this.

Their motto is useless!!!
