NO BILLING IN AUG AND SEP!!! WHY THE HECK NOT

I wanted to cancel my educational policy on 1 October 2013, however, on 2 October 2013, I called Group Schemese in Pinelands to inform them that I would like to reverse the cancellation of the policy. Long story short, called Group Schemes, and the lady told me they cannot cancel the policy without the necessary documentation. Thank goodness.

Then, I also sent an email to Group Schemes to cancel the policy, then another email to reverse the fact that I wanted to cancel, however, I have just received an email notifying me that I must still pay Aug and September 2013.

WHAT THE IS GOING ON??? WHY DIDNT GROUP SCHEMES DEDUCT MY POLICY MONEY FOR AUG AND SEP???

NOW I MUST PAY FOR AUG, SEP AND OCT'S INSTALLMENT??? I DONT CHECK MY AUTOMATIC DEBIT ORDERS, THEY GO OFF AUTOMATICALLY AS PER NORMAL!!!

I DONT HAVE MONEY TO PAY 3 INSTALMENTS, AND ITS NOT MY FAULT THAT THE PAYMENTS DID NOT GO OFF!

I WANT A VALID REASON WHY THIS OCCURRED!!!
