Nedbank fail to pay me back my money

On the 28/12/2012 i received a sms from nedbank to make an immediate payment on my personal loan account, on the very same day i made a cash payment at their Newcastle branch. On the 31 of December they took a debit order from my bank account for the very same account, i went into the bank and asked for a reversal when they told me they put the claim through and it will take 7 working days. I waited for 10 working days and have received nothing. On the 10th day i called them once again and a man explained that if he does not put the payment through they will not make a debit order end of January as my account is already in advance and i agreed to that. On the 25/01/2013 Nedbank was the first of my creditors to take their debit order after they promised not to take it. On that day i again made a claim and once again was told to wait for 7 days. On the 4/02/2013 i still haven't received my money, i called again. A lady by the name of Pulane answered the phone and asked me to send my proof of cash payment through to her and she will put a urgent claim through which will take 48hours to repay me. I sent the proof of payment through on the 4/02/2013 at 09:45 and i am still waiting.
