I'm not happy with the service

Good day
one of Homechoice consultant told me the wrong information, he adviced me to take the microwave special, which is a microwave with a Blanket for only R99, he didnt tell me that it was for R96 every month.if he explained everything to me i was not goner take it cause now im stuck with 2 blankets for R1500.i called them following day after they deliver, i was told to take the stuff to post office&they are not responsible for transport & at the post office, i explained to the lady that i was given the wrong information & i even told her that i dont have the cash to hire a transport to take it to a post office cause where i leave theres no post office&2 boxes wont fit in the taxi, i called in 3 times thinking maybe ill get help, i even email them, only getting the autamatic respond.then after a week i then received a call i explain everything to the lady, she said her supervisor will call me, im still waiting even today.its now 3 weeks.i must start paying for things that i dont want cause its after 14 days & i havent use them
