NO STATEMENTS VIA EMAIL/POST

Its been two months already and i am not receiving any statements for my loan acount via email or post. I phoned the call centre couple of times to change it that my statments gets emailed to me. My email inbox is empty. The address used to be mispelled and would get lost in the post. Seems that the call centre agents mispelled my email adress as well. My email adress is [Email Removed] please dont sent any accounts via post anymore.
