First of all i don't know what kind of a service provide is nedbank. i complaint before and i said i want my refund and for them to correct my debit date that was on the 25/11/2013, then on the 27/11 Charmainera asked for my bank statement which i did send via email. and on the 28/11 i even send her the email to check if she did receive my bank statement, but even now i never get any respond from her or any consulted from nedbank, and i haven't receive my refund for bank changers. if you want me to run after you for what is mine just forget it.
