NO SERVICE AT ALL ON A NEW IPAD CONTRACT

On 18 June 2013 I applied on-line for a new ipad on contract. 19 June Griffen phoned to confirm my order (Ref 14282666 and order nr U499389). He confirmed that there was stock available and said delivery would be within 24 hrs on 20 June 2013. Today, 26 June 2013 the ipad finally arrived - 7 days later, after next day delivery service was promised! I find this totally unacceptable. Furthermore Vodacom sent me a normal sim card to use in the ipad, although it operates with a mini sim card! How is this possible??? When you sell somebody a contract, arent you suppose to see to it that the correct "extras" accompany the product??? What must i do with a normal sim, if the ipad requires a mini sim? I am NOT going to carry the cost for the correct sim card and I want this matter resolved asap as this is a birthday gift for my wife and ive waited one week for something contracted on Next day delivery Service! And trying to phone the call centre is useless - being transferred from pillar to post with NO RESULTS!
