Poor service delivery on IPAD 4 purchased

I purchased an IPAD 4 using my Potentiate Credit Card on the 03 Apr 13. I was informed by the consultant that the IPAD would be delivered with the next 5 working days and that the courier company would give me a call. It's been 15 days and I have not received any correspondence from the courier company and I called Absa on the 15th of April, and the consultant I spoke to said she can't find the courier tracking number and that she would investigate and call me back, I have not received any calls since.

I then called ABSA again on the 18 April, and spoke to Nqobile, who could not help me either. He then put me on hold for 20 minutes without any reassuarnce that he is still working on the matter but just the back ground music. I had to cut the call, because I ahd been on the call for a total of 30 minutes without any help. Nqobile initially suggested that I call the sales (or other department) for clarification, which was an unfair request since I had taken my time to follow-up on an issue ABSA should have prevented in the first place. Can I ask that someone helps me locate the IPAD, the amount has already gone off on my credit card. I at least deserve an explanation.
