Both my kids have a fluid account each. My daughter is in boarding school and the ATM swallowed her card because she put in the wrong pin number and couldn't remember what the pin number is. I go to Hayfields FNB today to sort this out and get a new card. The lady says she is not on the system. I tell her thats impossible because I can see it on my profile. I show her which one and she says that is my account. Come on, a fluid account for me??? I thought only kids can get fluid accounts! Then they close my son's fluid account with no notice!! They could have told me and I could have transferred money to activate it.
These banks don't realise that we have an hour's lunch to sort this out. Please could someone contact me so that I can sort out these fluid accounts AND I need a pin number for my credit card which this lady couldnt even sort out!!! Come on!
