My car was in for repairs and I was advised by Hollard that they can change my policy to third party and revert me back to the original once I have my car back. Once I received my car back, I called Hollard to revert my policy, I was advised that the policy has changed and my total amount will be R872 compared to last year of R680 as a max. I was not impressed but did accept. This month I was billed a total of R1070. How is this possible? I called the centre and the person was not very clear in his explanations. I need someone to call me to discuss. Furter to this, I had a device to track the km's, which was orginally installed with NO costs. Now Tracker is calling me to re-install, but I have to sign a contract. I DID NOT AGREE to sign any contracts with Tracker. I need an explanation on this aswell as the device is still not installed.
