Still deducting bank charges from Fluid Account

I have 2 Fluid Accounts. I see FNB is still deducting bank charges off 1 of my Fluid Accounts for my children. The one Fluid Account's bank charges were corrected but the other one not! Please do something about this asap. Thanks
