I have just spent five weeks and 8 visits to the two Twisp e-cigarette supplier in Fish Hoek and Noordhoek both based at branches of the PC MAC shops. Megan was the worst - at Noordhoek - she promised me that she would call me back and never did and when I sarcastically thanked her today for calling back (I called) she said pleasure!!! Apparently a beer short of a sixpack she should be forgiven for this behaviour. I was told that because I had used the 'wrong' fluid in my twisp they did not have to honor the warranty. This was an e-cigarette that worked previously but needed a new charger (took five weeks to get it) and new filter (worked with the old one not with the new one). Apparently all the people using Twisp in Fish Hoek buy the same fluid that I did and my twisp e-cigarette has previously been used with this fluid and worked! However Megan and her mother in Fish Hoek claim that I will not get the filter repaired due to the fluid. I will never ever use a Twisp cigarette because the behaviour of Megan and her mother has been so unfriendly insulting and plain rude. I will recommend that no-one in the area ever use Twisp and will guide them to the competitors.
