On Wednesday 29 May my cheque card stopped working. Phoned FNB Premier Banking Call Centre spoke to Nadia who confirmed to order a new card. Thursday 30 May 15:00 phoned FNB (Canyiko) to follow up, card was never orderd. Friday 31 May 13:50 Oane need to transf funds to my Fluid acc so that I have access to money - fluid acc dissappeard on internet banking. Transf funds, account was working and Sunday after eating breakfast my card stopped working. To the shock this morning I see that the Fluid acc card was cancelled - What the!!!??
I was left stranded with no cards, no money - how embarrising. It is month end, I could not buy groceries or even nappi's for my baby!! I litterly made 10 calls spending an ave of 15min per call... Who is going to fix this problem? Who is going to pay for my phonebill because of a lack of service from Call Centre?
Guess what? Cant even put petrol in to go to work...
Great work FNB - reconcidering my loyalty...
