Good day

I opened a fluid account online for my son who is now 8 months. Got your brochure and saw I can open a fluid account for my son with no monthly fees as long as there is R500 or more in the account.

Then I saw the monthly fee was deducted R22.30 (If this goes on the whole time till he is 18 years old an amount of R4 500 will be deducted???). Went to the branch in Melville to rectify this and was told the transaction will be reversed.

Today I saw it's still not reversed and now I hear from Lee on premier customer care that the account is in my name - This account is only available to people 0 - 18 years? How can it be in my name?

All I want it for you to rectify the account and reverse the service fee. According to Lee ref: rf13021131727 that's not possible to change online or over the phone and I have to go into a branch again to change this.

I am not going to take time of work again for this or go to your branch and sit in a queue for 30 min to sort this out.

Please advise on how you will fix this.
