Struggle to get back missing money

Good day

I want to log a complaint againts FNB waterfall mall Rustenburg. I did an internet transaction a few weeks ago from my fluid account. They took the money twice witch cause my account to go into a minus. I transfer 700 rand to my fluid account after the internet transaction and the money was not available to use I went to the waterfall mall branch and after a huge fight we filled out a form and the lady miss sushango that assiated me told me after 7-14 working days the money will be paid back into mu account that was on the 2nd of december. Today when i cheked my account the took 677 from my cheque account and transferd it to my fluid account. I want their manager to phone me and tell me who gave them permission to do any transfers on my account and then I want to know what happend to the firt 700 they just took. I want ALL of my money back and i want this sorted.
