Inadequate Feedback and Very Poor Customer Service

FNB has the worst credit/debit card dispute department ever.

A trusted employee had gone to a ATM, where the ATM had swallowed the FNB Card, she then proceed with cancelling the card, however moments later saying i had withdrawn cash from another ATM within the area, they then proceed to say that i am liable for this, however how can this be when the bank card is in the ATM and its a totally different ATM from where this had happened. A local shop manager had also complained saying that the machine was faulty and this was confirmed by a FNB consultant, which assisted with my cancellation. Furthermore, i have received no feedback from FNB on findings and the way forward. They have technology of cameras and can see who had withdrawn the money, and if it was somebody that the money, FNB has to re-imburse me the funds, as this "" had managed to hack the FNB ATM, which belongs to FNB.I called the dispute division and 0875774107 nobody exists and the 0875759444, agents keep cutting my calls... how to i get any joy from this...
