I would like to report a huge problem I have with the standard bank ATM's. Many of the ATM's you place your card in and they take you through the cash withdrawal process only for them to report a technical error. When you try for the second time the withdrawal always goes through, so everytime you draw you essentially paying double the charges. This morning i went through almost all the ATM's on the Bellville main road area and they all reported a technical error and i was forced to walk to work even though I have money in my account. I find it ridiculous that i have to pay double the charges and even forced to walk to work when I believe I am holding my hard earned money in a safe bank and in an bank where I will have easy access to my funds. After going to one of the branches i was not advised as to what would happen the charges I had incurred.
