On the 12th of April 2012 I went to withdraw money from an ATM at FNB Sunnypark branch. My card got swallowed by the ATM. Before i could stop my card R3000 was withdrawn and another R3000 happened in the form of purchases. After stopping the card further more R6000 was taken from an account with no overdraft and no funds in it and this left my account areas. After reporting this the bank is offering to reverse all the purchases but refusing to give me my R3000 which was withdrawn saying i gave away my pin and card since my card was not retrieved from the ATM.
