Fradulant withdrawal

Greetings.

My name is SILINDILE MASIKANE. I was at the beach branch Atm Durban 2013-11-27, i inserted my card on the Atm and it requested for a pin, within 5 seconds before entering pin screen changed and requested for me instert card again my card while it was inside.

I emmediatly called card cancellation (0800110132) and spoke to LEE-ANN and she cornfimed my card was stuck inthe machine, and she advised the were no transcation and she cancelld my card and gave ref:13112759102.

when i got to the bank onthe 2013-11-29 to apply for temp card. they told me that R2590 was withdrawn on my account, before cancelling card . i disputed because i cancelled card whilst on the atm and LEE-ANN from customer care cornfimed there wasnt any cash withdrawal.

i filled dispute form onthe 2013-11-29 and since then i have not recieved any feedback.

Today 2013-12-12 called on 087 577 4444 and spoke to BEN who was so Insensitive and inpolite who said there no feedback.

Am so happy with FNB and thier service. am, struggling because it was month end and have not met my monthly expenses and theres no feedback cornfiming when i will get my money by.
