ABSA Home loans applicaiton process!

I applied for an ABSA home loan last week Friday of which I completed & emailed all the supporting documents to them. No consultant contacted me. The following Monday i check my online application it said that the application was incomplete! I called the home loan contact center the consultant said that they did not receive all my support documents. I then resent the documentation to them (2nd time). double checking that i have the correct email. Receiving no correspondence yet again from them. I called them the next day they said that they didn't receive the documentation i should re-send it. I sent the documents (3rd time) & then following up with them the next morning. The next morning they said that the documents take 8 working hours to get into the system. This afternoon i receive an email from ABSA saying that my application is now withdrawn because i didn't supply the erf number & the erf number of the property is not on the OTP. I called the call center again to give them the erf number again (it is on the OTP which was sent 3 times already) the consultant then told me that i need to re-do my entire application & resend all the docs! What horrible service. What a waste of my time.
