I applied for a home loan at Absa over the phone with a lady that helped me very nicely, I faxed my documents at the 10 July 2013, Monday the 15 July 2013 when I phoned to follow up on my application they were still busy with it and they received all the documents Tuesday when I phoned again everything was still in order by Wednesday they send me an email saying they need June bank statements and June payslip witch i faxed on Wednesday morning again I phone just after that and 2 ladies I spoke to told me they received the fax. Today 19/07/2013 when I phoned to follow up on my application they still did not attached my bank statements. No one phoned me ever to say that they did not received all the documents, I am the one that have to phone them every time. And its already been 8 days and I have heard nothing of the application just that they need the documents that I have faxed 2 time and emailed. I think for a bank it is very unprofessional and no can help you if you get through to the call centre.
