I applied for a student loan for my son on 21 January 2013. I have all the relevant reference numbers QP127499 and 43QRNAIF to confirm they received my application and an email from fnb, I was told a consultant would call me however after 3 days my wife called them she was told all the docs were not received told her what to send and fax no. have the confirmation to state it was received by fnb. After not hearing anything from them my wife called back after 5 consultants later colin, nozabu, gugu, mazito she was then transferred to nozipho she then informed that the application would have to be redone. My wife then agreed to this but then would not continue with the application until I spoke to her. I am on the road my wife explained that we do not see each other 24/7 please to fill in the application seen it has taken so long, she then proceeded to say she could not help her any further. I find this insulting as she had all the relevant info at hand.
