FURTHER LOAN APPLICATION ON MY HOMELOAN

I submitted my application on the 29/10/2013 with the required/relevant documentation.
I have never received any communication from FNB advising on the progress of my application.
When i called the call centre, i was told my application was only sent through to Credit on the 02/11/2013.
i called again today to enquire about the progress and i was told the application is still in the queue and that nobody has attended to it, as there are other applications in line!!!
The agent i spoke to today decided to just put me on hold and my call was eventually disconnected!!!
Its been 7 working days and still NOTHING!
