Poor poor quality of service

My father passed away last year, I want a settlement figure for one of the vehicles in the estate, im sitting with a posted statement in my hand. i at first phoned Customer service asset finance 0860 123 002
then got told to phone deceased estates on 011 227 5046 the lady which answered gave no name but confirmed she worked for standard bank she then told me to phone 011 227 4722, then got told to phone 0861 001 868 then got told to phone 0860439770. do i look like a ping pong ball, this service is unacceptable especially if you consider this is a deceased estate!!! I have wasted a R100 in phonecalls for simple information that couldve been given to me in call 1 the lady confirmed in the first telephone call she could help me if i was a motor vehicle dealer! I type this grievance whilst listening to the lady about how high the call volume is. Poor Poor service
