I phoned FNB to request copy of statements to compile financials for my father's estate. Everytime we request statements for a different account, for example for cheque account and then credit card, I have to dial in again and explain everything from the beginning. After trying to phone the credit card department for deceased estates, this number went to voicemail??? How is this possible??? Will SOMEONE who WANTS to help me please phone me? I only want to finish my late father's financial statements!!!
