I requested a quote from Thabiso at Outsurance in April 2012, I then got a cheaper quote elsewhere, and Outsurance claims that if someone beats their quote, they will give you R400.00. Well, the whole R400.00 thing is a lie.
I called Thabiso back after a couple of months, excited., that I will get the R400.00 that Outsurance promises people and advertise to the whole world, Thabiso mumbled some story about him speaking to his manager and will get back to me, its now July 2013 and Thabiso nor anyone from Outsurance came back to me.
The whole R400.00 thing is a and a, it deceipts people. Outsurance makes empty promises and gives consumers false hope.
Totally unethical.
