Hi

My husband passed away on the 01/06/2013, i went to The Glen branch to submit his death certificate as he had a vehicle finance and a blue bin credit card with them after spending R275 on the phone without an answer. I was promised to be called back by the deceased estate department but nobody called me back, on the 24/06/2013 i went back to the branch to tell them that nobody called me back and the lady called the deceased estate department to confirm the receipt of the documents and the answer was no they didn't. She made copies again and faxed them while i was there and they promised to come back to me in 10 days but nobody did. On the 03/07/2013 I got a call regarding the call regarding an installment they missed, advised them that i submitted the documents at the branch twice and the lady told me that they haven't received them and gave me a fax number to forward the document. Fax went successfully but i didn't get any confirmation from Standard Bank, on the 08/07/2013 I emailed them again to Deceasedrecoveries and i got an auto reply email. Today i called them again to follow and i was told that they haven't received anything after holding for more than 30 minutes.
