Instead of asking how can we help you try helping

I can't understand this bank!!! I've tried calling this call centre on 3 occasions and all I get is an automated message and the phone just keeps ringing. Nobody bothers answering the phone. Seriously? Is this the type of customer service you people deliver? Been listening to this phone ring for the past 15 minutes now and still nobody answered. DISGRACE!!!
