I have been sending documents for the past 3yrs. Every time a new document is requested (with weeks lapsing in-between) which I then send through, only to be asked to send another document (which was sent through 3yrs ago). Now I am being asked for a tax number, which incidentally was sent through with all the original documents, not once but a few times. I am not sending any more documents, keep the money as clearly Old Mutal have no desire to part with such a paltry amount, but very quick to take the "installment". Thank you for your time spent on this claim but this is where it ends for me, KEEP IT and have FUN with it!!!
