Dear Old Mutual Complaints Department
It has been 1 year that you have been giving me the run around. You have requested an endless amount of documents which I have provided you with, I have followed up a thousand times to which I have spent a large amount of money in calling and emailing to which I receive generic, incompetent, illiterate communication or being rudely, unapologetically ignored by representatives. It has been a very tedious period of time with no resolve, I am very frustrated and infuriated with the way Old Mutual has dealt with me. It's disgraceful, it's a stalling tactic not to payout my policy. After 1 year I am still being asked for the exact same documents I have sent several times to Old Mutual and to which I have written confirmation of documents received. I have all communication on email just to prove how I have been running around in circles by the shameful administration department. It's all a ploy to not payout their clients money! How can you do this to your clients Old Mutual? It's a the way you can't even contact the direct person who is requesting these documents too, this way you are kept in the dark, end up sending communication to the midd
