UPGRADE AND NEW LINE ISSUED

I have an account with Cell C which I never use and an amount of R145.01 goes off on debit order monthly. I have had this account for - 20 months. This morning I checked my bank statements and an amount of R845.27 was taken off by Cell C with a ref no that I don't know. I contacted them and was told it is for the upgrade and new line I did at the Pavillion Mall, I haven't even been to Durban since I was 10 years old. I reported this as and contacted the Pavillion branch to send me the necessary documents. I was told the documents will be mailed to me. Next minute Chenise phones me and asks for a copy of my ID document - really??? I informed her that I am not sending any documents until I have seen the signed documents and ID copy. The manager then contacted me and asked for my ID before she can send any documents. It's easier to get a contract and upgrade from Cell C than to get the documents of a customer that took out a contract and commiting - THIS ALL REFLECTS ON MY NAME!!! I am definitely going to lay a charge. This is totally unacceptable.
