Two months to finalise a claim..unacceptable

WF195616977: Hospitalisation insurance: I was hospitalised on 9 April 2013 for two days. I requested a claim form on 30 April. I sent through the relevant documents according to the call centre agent (call 195612814) during the first week in May 2013. At the end of May I followed up on the claim - and I was told that all documents are on the system except one document that was still outstanding (this doc was not mentioned in the phone call). I sent through this document (birth certificate) during middle June.

I phoned again today - 8 July 2013 - to follow up on this claim and surprisingly was told that only the birth certificate sent during June was received..no other documents were on the system. I do not understand this - as the call centre agent confirmed during May that all documents at that stage was received - where did it go?

Hollard - please find the documents I sent through and pay out the claim. I am NOT going to send any documents through AGAIN, I am on maternity leave and do not have access to a fax or email.

Also - after payment, please cancel this policy as it is only a headache and not a benefit as it is supposed to be.
