I took out a funeral cover with Old Mutual in July, but up to today I have never received my policy documents. Old mutual has debited me twice already. I called their call centre, I was told that I had to wait for 4 weeks for document, but now I have waited for 8 weeks, and still nothing.
Can old mutual please send me the documents, if they can't send it via post please email them or courier them. Just treat your clients just like how you treat them when you want to bring them on board.
