December I cancell my annuity insurance so i was suppose to get my money by January this year But in January i recieve an email saying i must bring in my Identity Document, Tax number, Proof of my address which i already submmited in December while i went in the branch to cancell my policy. Old mutual is saying my documents which they recievde in December were not certied, That is their consultants fault as i gave her the original documents, she would have known that she is suppose to certiey any copies sha has made. Then again on the January 14 i went to Old mutual Head office in Pinelands to give them again my original documents to process my claim but today its the 7th day i have not get my money, Now i want to know how long must i wait as i have submitted my documents in December but their uncompetent consultant done a half job. sendind uncertified documents
