Staff Member Cannot Read

I submitted a number of documents to Discovery on behalf of my parents. Discovery did not even acknowledge all the documents, which is worrying. When I queried one of these documents from a specific doctor, I was told by Olivia Discovery had not received it and I should send it. I have just checked my Sent items for the third time and the supposedly missing document is there. Is it really that difficult to read? I am now not surprised that most of the documents submitted were not acknowledged.

In a separate but similar matter, I submitted a claim for myself to Discovery but have received no acknowledgement since I sent it about two days ago, the same day I submitted claims on behalf of my parents.

Please ask someone who can read to go through every document I submitted on behalf of my parents as well as the document I submitted for my own claims and then have them contact me.
