No Policy document sent yet premiums deducted

I recently made changes to my ABSA funeral cover about a month or so ago and requested that they forward me a copy of the policy document with the changes via email before even sending the original via post. However todate I still have not received them.

However my premium was deducted i.e. the new premium with the changes. Can someone rectify this asap, because there could be errors in the document yet I dont know and my money is being deducted. I tried to email a consultant Nomthandazo and she never responded to me and the previous documents she sent before I even did changes had errors in it and I pointed them out to her via email and no response.

I also made a claim on the policy about 2 months ago and it took them 2 months for them to tell me documents are missing, its shocking since I should have been informed of this at the Sandton branch when I went to fill out the claim. I am so scared of what will happen if it was a huge amount that I had claimed for since then the funeral claim out to be paid asap. Bad service all round. Can I receive my updated policy documents asap.
