I urgently need to increase my EFT limit with on my account, regarding a very urgent serious matter. The past two times I needed this service I went into the bank to get it done. To no surprise they did not do it.
Last month I tried the Prestige line, as I pay for the service. It got sorted very fast

However this month, after the monkey with the phone had verified that I was who I said I was, he told me to enter my card number and my Internet Pin on the phone keypad, this whilst he is live on the line.
I have no way of knowing that the person is actually employed by the bank.

We are always told do not give your pin to anyone.
On insisting he just perform the task requested of him he keeps insisting on my PIN
In this day of electronic identity and, this is not accptable
It is thus obvious that the bank have no regard to the security of my account
