First National Bank
NO RESPONSE

My Google email account was hijacked and I contact FNB to let them know and also asking them to change my email address for online banking and for my secondary otp confirmation. But have not heard anything from them. I get the idea that FNB just don't give a about their clients. You can send them emails and emails and they just do not reply. I will not call them as I want everything on black and white as they change their stories like day and night. I also noticed when I checked my details on the online banking that my cell number is totally wrong. I wrote them 6 months ago to change it and still nothing has happend even my address is wrong. What should I do to get someone to fix it.
