My case have been dragging on since last year June, I've being changed from one consultant to the other. To date i have had three consultant and they don't give you feedback unless you call or email them. I thought all this time that i'm legally protected but it seems to me it was just a dream.
I understand cases can be lengthy but just a bit of hope in the form of regularly feed back will do it for me.
