Its been over a year that i have been trying to get a hold of banking deatils to pay an arrears account of home choice, i gave home choice a call April 2012 to change my address as well as my email address because i went through my divorce then and they would not change my acc details as i could not remember WHEN my LAST purchase was, now i get emails from Norman Bissett to pay my acc. I sent numerous mails back to get banking details from them, instead i keep receiving statement, and get charged R17.10 per email (sent to my OLD email address which i told them i do not have access to) So when i called Norman Bissett offices on friday to give them my ID nr or acc nr to see if they can help but i got told to phone JHB as i am not listed in CPT, same story when i cal JHB. I got black listed but they charge me R1100.00 intrest but dont seem to want payment as yet on this acc. On fianl statemnet received again today (na bank details) there is a fee of more than R400.00 added... black listed but the companies dont want the payment and/or to clear my name???
