FNB JUST KEEPS DISSAPOINTING ME!

I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN FNB AS MY PRIVATE AS WELL AS BUSINESS BANK. MY CONTACT DETAILS AS WELL AS EMAIL ADDRESS HAVE CHANGED DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. NOW WHEN TRYING TO MAKE PAYMENTS ONLINE I CANT BECAUSE IT KEEPS SENDING THE OTP PINS TO THE WRONG ADDRESS OR CELLPHONE NUMBER. I HAVE TRIED IN CHANGING THIS BUT THIS STUPID BANK KEEPS TELLING ME MY AUTHENTICATION IS WRONG. I DONT HAVE THE TIME TO GO INTO A BANK DAILY TO CHANGE ALL THAT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. I HAVE JUST NOW DECIDED TO MOVE TO OTHER BANK. THIS SECURITY MEASURE OF FNB IS TOO MUCH NOW! STILL WITH THE SECURITY MEASURE MONEY IS MISSING FROM MY ACCOUNT! I HATE FNB!
