I have for the last four months informed transmed of my change in banking details. No one seems to
know how to change the details on their system,

It is now costing me money to do their job. I have now sent them several emails of which I was given the wrong email address from Nellie Qahlinge, trying to get their account number so I can transfer the contribution and am getting no where.

It is down to incompetence.
