FNB are misleading people. My number has recently changed, I did change it through Internet on my banking details, it was confirmed by email, my new and old cell num, it even showed on my banking personal details that change was successfully. Today I had to make an EFT Payment, I couldn't because it send the OPPT to my old number, when I phoned FNB Call centre they told me that I had to do a valuation question of which the questions was as follow: What is your full name and surname, What is your ID num, What is your resident address, What is your work telephone number, Do you have any current accounts, What is your credit limit a day, do you have a homeloan account? "after answering all of the above questions correctly they told me that my valuation was unsuccessful and that I have to go to one of the branches with my ID to change my number..I've been there 2 times already 1. to Change my Surname as I recently got married 2. To change my residential address, now I have to go back to change my cell number, I had to cancel my payment today because FNB was incompetent to help me, but apparently it is so easy to be at FNB well IT IS NOT! I regret being at FNB
