Wrong cell number used for OTP

Dear FNB,

After having someone hacking into my FNBConnect account, I decided to also change my Online Banking password. However, for some reason the OTP was sent to my old cell number (I changed about 3 months ago). I updated my cell number the very same night I got my phone and I have been receiving inContact SMSs and OTPs on this number ever since, except tonight when I really, really needed it.

This is completely unacceptable, sure you should be testing your software before rolling it out to your clients? It does not give me a lot of confidence in your security if you can't get something as elementary as cell numbers correct.

Also, no one can help me get this fixed at this time of night, I need to call again tomorrow.
